I stayed in the beautiful beachfront room. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the power outlets are universal. I didn't need an adapter.
The wi-fi was slow. I noticed some lag during video calls.

the full board meal option was convenient. the spread of food was amazing!!! staff were generally friendly and helpful. the service was good.
the rooms are old. the rooms are also dark and worn down. all inclusive only includes the main restaurant and a limited drink selection.

The speedboat transfer was very easy and well organized. The beds were super comfortable, I slept very well. I especially appreciated the excellent dive center. It was great.
The constant charging for small things detracts from the overall experience. The lack of accurate signs made navigating the island difficult. My beautiful beachfront room actually had more of a garden view because trees covered the beach.

I stayed in a beautiful beachfront room. It had a very comfortable bed. The room also featured a rainfall shower. The speedboat transfer was easy and well organized. Made things very smooth.
The resort charges extra for many activities. Snorkeling equipment costs $20+ per day. The signs directing people around the island are INACCURATE at times....
